Founder Cara Martinson spent the better part of a decade as a local decision-maker working on critical land use, housing and development issues and has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful at the local level.

With a deep understanding of process and a strong network of relationships, we help clients navigate the legislative and political process to ensure for successful outcomes.

Founder, Cara Martinson has over a decade of experience managing and supporting trade and member associations from the ground up. Cara served for several years as a contract Executive Director for a local Joint Powers Authority, where she helped to build the organization, manage its budget and staff and engage its Board of Directors.
